Symphony Travel Heads to Belize for Tourism Conference

We invite you to follow us as we travel throughout Belize with the Belize Tourism Industry Association. The 2010 BETEX Tourism Expo starts June 23, 2010 and is held once every 2 years. It is a business to business conference bringing travel agents and travel wholesalers to Belize to meet with hoteliers, tour operators, and local tourism industry associations.

We are very excited to participate in the Expo and we will be a member of the Nature & Wellness Group. Below is a description of our experiential training from the BETEX website:

"The Nature & Wellness itinerary will provide trade participants with the opportunity to experience nature at its best, while visiting properties that help guests relax, rejuvenate and reinvigorate. In addition to the spa experience, participants will also visit some of Belize’s ancient Maya sites, the Belize Barrier Reef, and other coastal and inland destinations.

All BETEX itineraries are designed to provide trade participants with an overall perspective of Belize destinations, therefore visits will be made to island, coastal and inland destinations over the six-day/five-night period."

Day 1: Wednesday, June 23 – Official Arrival Day
